PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Müller Thurgau is a generous grape variety that has found in the Cembra Valley the ideal climatic
conditions. The marc of this grape variety arrive slightly pressed in the distillery. After careful fermentation it
is distilled quickly but with the utmost precision in order to extract all the delicate aromas.
Before being bottled, the Müller Thurgau Grappa ages for at least one year in steel tanks.
PROPERTIES:
Grappa Muller Thurgau has a complex, floral bouquet, reminiscent of linden blossom and sage leaf. These
notes are enriched with elegant nuances of tobacco and honey.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
