PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Nosiola is a white grape variety indigenous of Trentino. In September the marc arrive fresh in the distillery
and is fermented in small tanks at controlled temperature. The distillation can begin after a few days or wait
for some time, depending on the vintage.
Before being bottled, the Nosiola Grappa ages for at least one year in steel tanks.
PROPERTIES:
Grappa of Nosiola has a delicate, floral and slightly spicy aroma. Over time its perfume evolves, enriching
itself with a delicate note of hazelnut. The taste expresses a series of complex, harmonious and pleasant
sensations, with a persistent aftertaste.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
