PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Once the marc arrive in the distillery towards the end of October it is carefully selected: one part is distilled
right away and another part is stored and will be distilled after some time. The distillation is made with a
very slow conduction of the traditional pot still with great care for the delicacy of Pinot Noir.
Before being bottled, the Pinot Noir Grappa ages for at least one year in steel tanks.
PROPERTIES:
Pinot Noir Grappa is balanced, with notes of red berries, blackberry and raspberry. Over time these scents
evolve to ripe fruit. The taste is pleasant with slightly fruity notes and long aftertaste.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
