PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Grappa Delmè originates from the custom of the inhabitants of the Cembra Valley to welcome a friend into
their home by offering the best of their cellar. In a few words 'te dàgo del mè', translated 'I offer you my
best'. This Grappa is the combination of eight single-variety Grappa, distilled separately and combined in a
unique cuvée. Every vintage of each variety has different peculiarity every year and therefore Grappa Delmé
has different notes in order to balance and enhance each aroma. After distillation, the grappa is stored at a
high degree in steel for several months before being bottled.
PROPERTIES:
Grappa Delmè is intriguing. At the nose, notes of all varieties can be recognised, making its aroma
captivating and also harmonic. The taste is equally rich persistent and smooth.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
