PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
The individual grape varieties are distilled separately during fall. Only after at least one year of aging in
steel tanks the Cuvée is selected by the master distiller that stores it in selected French oak barrels. The
aging period is at least 36 months and only then the Grappa Invecchiata can be bottled.
PROPERTIES:
Pilzer Aged Grappa 3 years combines the aromas of each grape variety, with slightly fruity scents enriched
with vanilla and cocoa notes of the barrels. The taste is captivating and rounded with an excellent long
aftertaste.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 18 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
