PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Grappa Delmè originates from the custom of the inhabitants of the Cembra Valley to welcome a friend into
their home by offering the best of their cellar. In a few words 'te dàgo del mè', translated 'I offer you my
best'. This Grappa is the combination of eight single-variety Grappa, distilled separately and combined in a
unique cuvée. Every vintage of each variety has different peculiarity every year and therefore Grappa Delmé
has different notes in order to balance and enhance each aroma.
After creating a unique cuvée, Delmè d'Or Grappa is left to age in oak barrels for at least 6 years: the long
refinement makes it unique.
PROPERTIES:
Delmè d'Or Grappa has a particular olfactory intensity, the notes of wood are present in the aroma and also
taste. The long ageing in oak create delicate nuances of fruit, flanked by the varietal notes of each grape
variety.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 18 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
