PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Pilzer Williams pear brandy is made from top-quality fruit grown in Trentino. The pears are harvested only
when they have reached perfect ripeness and as soon as they arrive in the distillery they are turned into a
puree, fermented and distilled with the traditional discontinuous bain-marie still.
The Pear brandy ages for over a year in steel tanks before being bottled.
PROPERTIES:
William Pear brandy presents itself brilliant and crystal clear. At the nose it has a distinct Williams pear
aroma, with the unmistakable slightly bitter note of the ripe fruit.
The flavor is warm and fruity, persistent with a sweet note given uniquely by the ripeness of the pears
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
