Historiae Aged Grappa is born from a unique Cuvée, the selection of each Singe Variety Grappa is very
delicate: only the best Grappas can create the perfect balance. Once the cuvée is created by the master
distiller also the barrels of French oak are selected carefully. The time will do the rest: 12 years of ageing in
our cellars will patiently complete and enrich the Grappa.
PROPERTIES:
The action of time and wood mitigates the natural exuberance of Grappa. The combination of fresh aromas
of each variety together with the flavours given by the wood creates the unique Historiae aged Grappa.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 18 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
