PRODUCTION:
Mountain pine shoots are harvested under the control of the local authority to respect this plant whose presence in the area is very valuable. Mountain pine shoots are rich in aromas and essential oils and their infusion gives a very delicate, unique and hardly reproducible scent. At one time, the infusion of this plant in Grappa was thought to have medicinal effects, today it keeps the high mountain in a sip.

PROPERTIES:
Mountain Pine Grappa has a delicate aroma, with hints of resin and vaguely floral notes. It offers equally delicate and balsamic notes on the palate.
It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product.

TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place
