Rue Grappa

PRODUCTION:
It comes from the cold infusion of the rue plant in a cuvée of Grappa distilled in a discontinuous bain-marie still. Rue is a very widespread herb in the Alps with peculiarities of its territory. It has an intense perfume that guarantees persistence to the Grappa, especially when harvested in steep areas that are not so easily accessible.

PROPERTIES:
Rue Grappa has a slight greenish tinge, resulting directly from leaf maceration. It has a distinctive aroma, very intense and persistent but at the same time pleasant. A slightly bitter aftertaste remains on the palate when sipping it.
It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product.

TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place
