PRODUCTION:
This Grappa is the result of a cuvée of different grape varieties distilled in a
discontinuous bain-marie still. Then it is infused with gentian roots. During the
cold maceration of the roots, the Grappa develops a unique aroma with
extraordinary digestive power.
PROPERTIES:
Gentian Grappa is dry but intriguing on both nose and palate, with a pleasantly
bitter note.
It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product..
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place
