Liquorice Grappa

PRODUCTION:
Obtained from the infusion of liquorice roots in a cuvée of Grappa from different grape varieties distilled in a discontinuous bain-marie still. During the infusion the liquorice root gives the Grappa a unique and pleasantly bitter aroma. A Grappa that combines the Alpine tradition of distillation with a typically Mediterranean root.

PROPERTIES:
Liquorice Grappa has an unmistakable and pleasantly bitter taste. The nose is particularly aromatic and fragrant.
It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product.

TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place
