PRODUCTION:
The woodruff is a particularly demanding plant, which only when harvested at the right time is able to return the maximum expression of its aromas. Combined in infusion with a cuvée of Grappa distilled in discontinuous bain-marie stills, it creates a fresh and elegant Grappa with a unique and easily recognisable flavour. It is known in popular tradition for its digestive powers.

PROPERTIES:
Woodruff Grappa is delicate, with a light and pleasant scent of hay. Both on the nose and palate it is very delicate and elegant.
It may contain some sediment, due to the naturalness of the product.

TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place
