PRODUCTION:
The liquor Lasso Rosso is produced with a base of Müller Thurgau grape brandy. The ripe grapes of this
variety are distilled with bain-marie pot still at the end of September and, after ageing in steel tanks, it is
combined with blackcurrant juice and the delicate strawberry and raspberry. An only apparently simple
combination that synthesizes the most cultivated grape of Cembra Valley with berries that also are grown in
the woods surrounding our mountains.
These aromas placed side by side want to recall the lasso, a stratification of red porphyry the main stone
widespread throughout Cembra Valley.
PROPERTIES:
It has a dark red colour natural from the juice and berries. The notes are of strawberry and raspberry with
delicate notes of the brandy. At the taste it is pleasantly sweet and aromatic with an excellent persistence.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
