PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
GinPilz is a London Dry Gin created from the combination of juniper and 15 different botanicals. This gin is totally distilled with bain-marie pot still and combines the technique of distillation with the search for a particular aromatic combination. This intriguing combination is like in the game of curling, shown in the lable, where skill, patience, and intelligence come together to create a unique and exciting result. Gin Pilz ages at least one year in steel tanks before being bottled.

PROPERTIES:
The juniper note is the first evident on the nose, followed by great aromatic complexity resulting from 15 different botanicals. This intriguing complexity is also present on the palate. GinPilz can be dinked simply with some ice or mixed with an excellent tonic water.

TASTING:
On its own in a large glass with some ice to discover all the botanicals used or mixed with a good tonic water.
