Gin Vento

PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
GinVento is a London Dry Gin created from the infusion of fresh Juniper berries, partly harvested on the slopes of the Cembra Valley, and Orange and Lemon peels from the Limonaia-Ecomuseum of Garda in Tignale. The infusion is distilled completely with the discontinuous still with extreme care, as the citrus fruits are very delicate. Finally time gives the final touch because GinVento ages at least one year in steel tanks before being bottled.

PROPERTIES:
Its aromatic profile is unique: an harmonious combination of intense juniper’s notes and hints of citrus. It is concealed in a ceramic bottle, revealing the delicacy of its aromas and the complexity of its persistent, but not intrusive taste.

TASTING:
On its own in a large glass with some ice or mixed with a good tonic water.
