GRAPE CULTIVATION AREA: Adige Valley and Cembra Valley - Trento Province, Italy

PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
The grapes of Traminer are softly pressed in the winery. As soon as the marc arrives in the distillery fermentations begins in small tanks. The distillation of Traminer requires a very careful running of the traditional bain marie pot-still. Special attention is given to the process of cutting heads and tails: essential to obtain a high quality Grappa and preserve all the notes of this very aromatic variety. Before being bottled, the Traminer Grappa ages for at least one year in steel tanks.

PROPERTIES:
Traminer Grappa has delicate aromatic scent that reminds rose. This combined with mature and complex aromas such as geranium and lemon. The taste is very complex, elegant and rich in nuances, with pleasant aftertaste. Its olfactory and gustatory complexity will engage the taster.

TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
After pouring, take your time it will allow this Grappa to express itself at its best.
