PROCESSING AND DISTILLATION:
Pilzer Apple Brandy is made from top-quality green apples grown in Trentino. The climatic conditions of the
Alps donate a unique flavor to this fruit. The harvest begins at the end of summer and continues until
almost the end of October. The ripe apples are stored for a short time before the careful fermentation and
slow distillation with the discontinuous bain-marie stills.
The brandy ages for over a year in steel tanks before being bottled.
PROPERTIES:
The Apple Brandy is brilliant and clear. It reveals on the nose the ripe apple fruit. It is harmonious and has
notes of flowers. The taste clearly reminds the apple with pleasant, intense and almost sweet notes.
TASTING:
We recommend to taste it fresh, at around 16 °C. Store it in a cool dark place.
